He does not seem to have brought forth any evidence for this but his coming out with this claims strongly suggests that his alliance with Trump over and that he has started to seriously turn on him. I find it hard to believe that someone like him would come out with such claims without putting them through Lawyers, etc first.

Its not actually libelous as Trump does appear in the flight logs. Musk could walk this back by saying as much.

We cant assume Musk is just repeating what we all know though, not much of a threat to Trump in that.
