Tommy Robinson's problems were in particular Salafi Jihadists trolling the coffins of British Soldiers returning from Afghanistan, anti-war protests and even protests about Students Loans. He jumped on the grooming thing only much later- very possibly "Reformist Muslims" at the disaster that was the Quilliam Institute gave him the idea and they picked it up from Radical Feminists.

Not to say that there was not a problem with grooming gangs- only these were not primarily Pakistani Muslim. And nearly all of what these grooming gangs did would be legal in Hungary.
