He said that they must do it if they want to remain a key US ally which is an extremely strong statement.
He is also a member of the Trump team who has been called in particular a Fascist and an anti-Jewish anti-Semite by the Liberal-Left, even by some of it's more saner members. I think those accusations are unjust however I would have not seen him as being much more friendly to Muslims than Myles is.
There are people who consider "London" a separate nationality basically than English whether to bemoan that fact or to celebrate it. Shamima Begum is very "London". Bangladesh give automatic citizenship to anyone who belongs to them in terms of blood even if their families left that region before the State was founded hence the UK State felt secure in stripping her of her citizenship because of her having run away to join ISIL at 15.
The US does owe ISIL members, as does the Zionist project, the help that they gave them so in a way Sebastian Gorka is doing the only honorable thing he can do. This though will sadden and anger I would say a large majority of UK Trump fans. It will also anger the Starmer administration.
