What is the deal with these fellas like Patrick Feeney and John O'Leary who put their name down but do zero campaigning thus end up with less than 20 votes ? Years ago there was a man from Wicklow named Jim Tallon who used to do it, that poor lad was living in a world of his own, he reminded me of someone high on LSD 24/7
