Yes he does mention that. And then goes on to show how changes in nature do not account for all the CO2 increases.

Too true, they have no sense of their sheer insignificance and especially no sense of science.

On a geological timescale CO2 levels have always lagged behind rising temperatures, it is a sign that the earth is warming, not the cause.
