A bit of nostalgia in all the madness. Perhaps a little off topic but I agree with the sentiment. We had a peaceful, inclusive and racially homogenous little paradise, built on high trust and shared values and mutual respect. The last of those grew up in the early nineties. And the dismantling of our society began in earnest. (You could write a book about that..)

We are not prepared for the type of sudden violence folk like Michael Yon warn about. Take the Houthi - Tutsi slaughter: mostly done with machetes.
We attribute our societal values to people who have used physical strength all their lives. Who follow ideologies where death is normalised. People who suffered deprivation and fought to stay alive - what do we have? Counseling and cotton wool treatment? Do you think to someone from Eritrea our jails are a DETERRENT?
They see our way of doing things as weakness.
Add to that vastly varying average IQ and other factors.

I've said before that I think that the damage being done now is irreversible

However, I do support remigration, why not 🤔

The first thing we'd have to do of course is to cut the heads off the @Haven types..

Indeed. On a side note, I really can't stand English subtitles on someone speaking (perfectly understandable) English, it's just a distraction, I wish it was never a thing

Funnily enough I don't mind subtitles at all, Even watching a film. I like that I can pick up everything, especially if there is other distractions or I don't pick everything up ( maybe the hearing isn't quite as good as it used to be )

I don't mind subtitles at all either.. on a film that's in a different language that I don't speak. I hate them on someone speaking English. Why am I reading subtitles when I can hear and understand the person clearly..
