The question of Autism or "Autism" in the contemporary West.

Autism in the past was a large amount of the time something very severe, and while there were "functioning" autistic people they were a minority and clearly to put it in an old fashioned way "handicapped".

Now though the amount of people being diagnosed and self-diagnosed as "high functioning autistic" has grown significantly in the contemporary West, some might say sky rocketed. Also it is claimed that a ton of the people who get involved in things like "White Nationalism", "Salafi Jihadism", Satanism and incel subcultures do so because of autism. No one claimed that autism was a factor in ultra-Left violent radicalism in the 1960s, 70s and 80s.

I am a bit suspicious of this whole official narrative. It could be that contemporary Western societies due to the ways that they are set up are increasingly turning out people who are well "weird" and have problems in certain areas relating to the outside world but that does not necessarily mean that they have a neurological disorder.

Other people blame vaccines for the rise of this phenomena.

When I was young there was no autism it wasn't fashionable then by cunt parents to get a diagnosis on your child

A big part of me suspects that this mostly comes down to parents finding a fashionable way to excuse bad results from their parenting.

However you have to think about the existence of characters like the Cossack and Mercurial at his worst- how common either was such in your day to?

That does not necessarily mean that there is stuff wrong medically on a scale that there was not before at all though.

Yes I assume so, the number of vaccines given to the very young, and their potency, mean they must cause massive ill health and I am sure at a high level they know this perfectly well, its no accident.

autism is real .
my wife will retire as a primary teacher in 2 years time and in her 35 years there has been a huge change and this change has coincided with wealth and vaccines .
the average mother 30 years ago did not sip wine each day or each week -- alcohol and the use of other drugs plays a major part in the development of the fetus with some babies being born addicted to the junkie mothers favorite drug.
my sister in law is a maternity nurse and it was not unusual for a inner city mother to go to the pub and consume 10 pints before delivery or half a bottle of vodka.
there is a well known African saying ""THE SON OF A ZEBRA ALSO HAS STRIPES" being born with a hangover and therefore autism is not a good start .
the well known USA congressman Robert Kennedy has campaigned for his children for decades now and wants to know why 5 of his 6 children have allergies when none of their ancestors had allergies -- he blames the vaccines .
all of us now have a DNA war taking place in our bodies due to the fact this biological warfare was used against us --- china would not permit their billions to take the DNA biological warfare agent inserted into their vaccine and their vaccine is DNA warfare free .

Poor Mowl. I knew there was a reason :(

I believe autism is real, but definitely misdiagnosed in many people, especially those who self-diagnose. I know someone with a child with a severe case of autism, extreme screeching meltdowns in public, spazzes out about every little thing, needs a brand new pair of socks every day, total nightmare. Then you have attention-seeking clowns like this:
I have gone from being Clare who has a wardrobe of neutral colours, has never dyed her hair more than few lighter shades of blonde, has no tattoos, no piercings (other than one in each ear, wouldn’t want to stand out!), who is straight, has only ever dated men, only ever engaged in monogamy, to someone entirely different.

I’m Clare who wears funky colours and patterns, has pink hair, tattoos, nine piercings, is pansexual, practices ethical non monogamy and, most importantly, no longer cares one iota what anyone else thinks I should look like, should say, or should be. I also refuse to continue to hide who I am and pretend that I’m anything that I’m simply not.

Mong Flanagan recently came out as autistic.
He was talking about it again today. His idea of autism is feeling his head spin when heckled in the Dáil.

If you're 87 either you married a much younger woman or your missus has taught into her 80's.

Either way respect Sir (y)
MYLES HAVE YOU CONSIDERED YOUR MATHS MIGHT BE A LITTLE SUSPECT -- BUT WHO AM I TO STOP YOUR FUN--KEEP AT IT IF IT WORKS FOR YOU .

Just to be clear I accept that it is very real and what you described about your friend's child is what I would understand as actual autism.

There does though seem to be a growth of people who to put it crudely are what used to be called "space cadets" or people who were said to be "away with the fairies".

I think the Blue Shirt who said she believed that Leo was autistic would have in the past said that he was "away with the fairies" or a "space cadet".
