He purged his contempt of court by removing 'Silenced' and apologising. No matter - everyone saw it anyways. Wish I'd kept a copy..

It was my understanding that the contempt was the issue - once he purged that they had to let him go. But I'm no legal eagle, so this is just speculation.
Glad they are letting him go - but clearly he has to leave the UK though where they'll throw him in the brig for coughing too loudly.

I used to think that the whole Counter-Jihad thing was probably going to backfire terribly on Jews as such and not just on characters like David Horowitz and definitely had the capacity to so. Now I am not so sure though. There is definitely a "Counter Jihad to Counter-Jewish White Nationalism" pipe line but when you look at the pipe line it generally is only for people with above average intelligence and who have a significant level of "disagreeableness" so as not to care about adopting views that are regarded socially very often as very bad and rather mad.
