That's looking like the T72 which Russia had stopped building. However, 25,000 have been made worldwide and it is still in production elsewhere. Wikipedia notes that the production cost in 2011 was about $0.5m, which is probably cheap for a battle tank, the Abram costs around $24m each today.

These may be photos of older T72s being upgraded.
