Ukraine.

Take it up with Girkin sweetie.
But he does have more credibility than you.
Girkin has zero credibility. He was sent home from the front a mere few weeks after arriving. You know Prigozhin's thoughts on him, right?

😭 I see tank man has found the pub, thank God I am not still a mod is all I have to say about that......I hope Tuco finds his way here though.
There's always a scumbag in every pub. You know the type, the one who goes around every table half pissed just being a dickhead.
Eventually the bouncer will put him out.

It could be time for Putin to make some announcement on a gold backed currency, we shall see.

The gold market opens in a little over 5 hours. 11pm irish times.

It could be a rocker.

Sums up the whole shit show and the horror and misery wrought.

Great read JPC. Like this at the end. The only truthful statement Obama ever made.

Remember what his old boss, Barack Obama, said about the former veep: “You can never overstate Joe’s ability to f*** things up.” What a prophet that man is!

I keep being told Russia has substantial worldwide support but its never true.

And 35 abstained, including such non entities as China and India.

Caught up with both McGregor and Ritter last night on Y'tube and the message from both continues to be that Ukraine is fecked. I think that both are surprised that it has held on for so long but then they point to how NATO has been sending anything and everything it can lay its hands on to the kip.

One of them pointed out that the US lost 58,000 servicemen during the Vietnam war which lasted 20 years. In the first year of war the Ukraine has suffered 350,000 casualties and boys, old men and woman are now being sent to the front.

It was also claimed that the Ukraine has fired over a million shells and the west is fast running out of additional supplies.

This point is quite interesting in that McGregor noted the war has become one dominated by artillery, not planes or missiles as the conventional view of modern warfare would assume. All the fancy tech stuff we are assured will give western armies the edge has been shown up to be pretty darn useless. It's boiling down to who has the most guns and the most ammo to keep them firing. The west, both tell us, comes a poor second to Russia on that front.

The American terrorists have bitten off more than they can chew.

Just to remind people of the colour revolution.

Interesting comment from a Balkan friend tonight. Apparently, AK47s are just €200 a pop on the black market nowadays, down from the usual €1,000. With all this shiny new kit flooding in from the Ukraine who'd be bothered with the tired old Kalashnikov.

I am going to get around to doing a thread on the recent dramas in Georgia which are different from what happened in 2014 in the Ukraine but in a way even more crazy.
