Most probably because they know they will get their collective arse kicked, so its better optics to be sat on the sidelines pretending that they'll be in Moscow before the snows rather than get wiped off the face of the earth.

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergey Naryshkin told reporters earlier that Russia was receiving updates on Zaluzhny's condition, but wouldn't disclose any details. Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar denied speculation that Zaluzhny had been wounded.

If anything, the NATO/US terrorists with their sanctions have hastened the shift in the world order away from their faggot countries (where men can have babies etc) and towards a new axis involving China, Russia, India and the 80% of other countries around the world who refuse to do what Washington tells them to do.
