almost no footage coming out of fighting in the Ukraine. Most of the ProRussia telegrams are pushing France footage. Is the war still going ?

“What are the working-class people of Ukraine dying for?”

Irish MEPs Mick Wallace and Clare Daly have been staunch critics of the EU stance on Ukraine (see Clare Daly talking in the EU parliament about Ukraine burning through a generation of men on YouTube).

Wallace recently addressed the EU Parliament, describing the heist currently taking place in that country by Western corporations.

Wallace said:

“The damage to Ukraine is devastating. Towns and cities that endured for hundreds of years don’t exist anymore. We must recognise that these towns, cities and surrounding lands were long being stolen by local oligarchs colluding with global financial capital. This theft quickened with the onset of the war in 2014.

“The pro-Western government opened the doors wide for massive structural adjustment and privatisation programmes spearheaded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the IMF and the World Bank. Zelensky used the current war to concentrate power and accelerate the corporate fire sale. He banned opposition parties that were resisting deeply unpopular reforms to the laws restricting the sale of land to foreign investors.

“Over three million hectares of agricultural land are now owned by companies based in Western tax havens. Ukraine’s mineral deposits alone are worth over $12 trillion. Western companies are licking their lips.”

“What are the working-class people of Ukraine dying for?”

So, just a harmless gesture, a stall from Russia, but that may change if Zitler launches further attacks against civilians - The whole reason for the conflict in the first place.

Meanwhile, the war is going backward, more fail as expected . . .

"Airborne troops stopped the enemy in the gray zone … As a result of the battle, more than 200 Ukrainian military personnel, five tanks, eight infantry fighting vehicles and more than 10 unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed," the source said.

Ukraine has touted its coming offensive since late 2022. It was first scheduled for the spring, then rescheduled to the summer. The Ukrainian government said the postponement was due to a shortage of weapons, all while pushing its Western donors to supply progressively heavier arms, including tanks, drones and fighter jets.
Ukrainian troops launched a large-scale offensive in five sectors of the South Donetsk direction on June 4 but failed to achieve their goals, the Russian Defense Ministry said. Since then, the Ukrainian military has been trying to break through the defense lines of the Russian armed forces in the Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions, but their attempts have been unsuccessful and Ukraine has suffered heavy losses in armored equipment and manpower.

Yeah but, the cost?? . . .

Gen Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told an audience at the National Press Club in Washington on Friday that the counter-offensive was "advancing steadily, deliberately working its way through very difficult minefields... 500m a day, 1,000m a day, 2,000m a day, that kind of thing".

He added he was not surprised that progress had been slower than expected. "War on paper and real war are different. In real war, real people die," he said.

"Real people are on those front lines and real people are in those vehicles. Real bodies are being shredded by high explosives.

"What I had said was this is going to take six, eight, 10 weeks, it's going to be very difficult. It's going to be very long, and it's going to be very, very bloody. And no-one should have any illusions about any of that."

. . . and at the end of that time, Russia will still be there while advancing in other areas - No gain for Zitler but much loss, hold no "illusions about any of that"🧐

Time's running out, apparently the rain could stall any further progress for Zitler before the deadline on July 11th.
What "results" are possible now, it sounds dreadful and doomed to failure.😖

Ukraine wants to make some progress on the battlefield in its counteroffensive against Russia before the upcoming NATO summit, President Vladimir Zelensky said on Friday, although he admitted that this would lead to new losses.

Speaking to several Spanish media outlets, the Ukrainian leader stated that Kiev has to “show results” before NATO leaders convene in Vilnius, Lithuania, on July 11, adding that “every kilometer costs lives.”

Zelensky noted that “torrential rains… slowed down some processes quite a bit” and reiterated calls for Kiev’s Western backers to continue sending arms to Ukraine. He also claimed that Ukraine’s offensive operations conducted last autumn were undermined by the late arrival of artillery.

“We stopped because we couldn’t advance. Advancing meant losing people and we had no artillery,” he explained. “We are very cautious in this aspect. Fast things are not always safe.”

View: https://twitter.com/nexta_tv/status/1675780940734275585?s=20Zaluzhny admits that Ukraine has got no chances now, and Zaluzhny knows that NATO can never supply Ukraine with whatever it is that Zaluzhny says Ukraine needs.

😲
What Zaluzhny in reality is saying is that Ukraine has lost.

It’s that simple.

“Without being fully supplied, these plans are not feasible at all,” he added. “But they are being carried out. Yes, maybe not as fast as the participants in the show, the observers, would like, but that is their problem.”

“we didn’t get Leopards to ride in parades or have politicians or celebrities take pictures with them. They came here for the war. And a Leopard on the battlefield is not a Leopard but a target.” . . .

"“I have a lot of fears, and Wagner is among them‚” Zaluzhny said. “And they’re not the only ones. If we start talking about it now, my head will spin. … “

.
But next, Ukraine simply doesn’t have enough able-bodied men left to draft. Recently, Ukraine is starting a last desperate “total mobilization” in cities like Kiev, Lviv, Ivano Frankivsk and elsewhere. Scraping together the last poor males from the elderly homes and the kindergartens. It’s like Hitler’s last “Volkssturm” in the closing days of WW II.

NATO knows this but presses Ukraine to go on killing countless thousands of its own men in hopes of gaining at least a little ground, before trying to talk for ceasefire. The US just sent a signal to Russia via the Washington Post.

The signal is that the US has recognized that Ukraine’s “counteroffensive” has failed – Ukraine will never retake Crimea or Donbas – and that the US now aims for marginal gains before a negotiated settlement with Russia.

They will look pretty stupid.
More than they do now?
The 'war' as we know it is over, it's now a slow meat grinder set up to enrich the terrorist military industrial complex.
It was never about Ukraine, after Afghanistan the terrorists in Washington needed a new honey pot and Zitler was the very corrupt scumbag to provide it.

Only sick perverted bastards support the little Nazi despot in Kieeeeevvvveeee...

Not the first time either.
What are you trying to say here?
Given the context that 30+ nato countries have initiated WW3 against them, this is the biggie. Russians will be prepared to defend and fight more than ever.
They know 20 million of their ancestors perished during the GPW, Now they'll willing make any and all sacrifices.
Ukraine has been 1/2 destroyed, don't worry about the Russians.

The Russians are dealing with individuals cliques devoid of historical context.
Cliques who have a price on every item but no concept of value.
Prepared to destroy Ukraine to dismember Russia.
The Russians understand this well.

Fixed that for you.
You faked it!🙃
"Russians elites will be prepared to defend their wealth and make non Russians fight more than ever."

. . .
it is what it is, Ukraine was pushed into attacking Russia by non Ukrainians who've looted 50% of Ukraine's wealth already.

In fact good on you and the Russians for showing us how their higher ups will shoulder the wheel too in Russia.

Just a totally insignificant point on the rape of Ukraine by the west, worth noting that black rock is in fact coal, the very item which they pretend to detest.

Very significant points you make, further reading quickly gives an example which shows up the Germany's paradoxical green hypocrisy for the nonsense it is . . .

Germany is set to boost its reliance on coal as it battles an unprecedented energy crisis — even at the expense of its ambitious climate goals.
Europe’s largest economy is burning the fossil fuel for electricity at the fastest pace in at least six years, data compiled by Bloomberg show. It’s also poised to be one of the few nations to increase coal imports next year. . . .

Why don't greta & the greens protest the wasteful polluting wars - Never a squeak out of them on the subject, the absolute faker's :ROFLMAO:
