The US has admitted to funding, not but operating US biolabs in Ukraine. For all we know, this difference is purely semantics, and it effectively means that these labs are not only funded by the US but operated by US-trained technicians. Nuland is on record confirming the labs, to wit:

It constantly lies by omission, it's its only tactic alomg with spamming the thread with Twatter links from cats and some homosexual called Dimitri.
This type of posting used to be known as trolling and baiting and was a bannable offence around here.

Let's stay on topic please wolf. There's never a shortage of updates and developments when it comes to SMO and it's important that the big ones don't get buried under spates consisting of dozens of posts that add nothing to the discussion.

The US state has been funding biolabs in Ukraine. The Pentagon as well as Nuland have confirmed this, and this isn't an issue of debate. Nuland is on congressional record expressing concern that these labs might fall into Russian hands, which naturally begs the question: why was she so worried about that? If there were nothing in them that related to weaponization and they were just doing routine virology work etc et al, what exactly is there to worry about? Possibly IP theft, possibly something else.

Russia claims that:

Now this may all well be total bullshit. But it also might not be. Whether or not you believe any of this comes down to how much you trust either Russia, or the US state. Personally my trust in either is virtually non-existent. Both are proven liars. It's possible Russia is totally blowing their findings all out of proportion. It's possible some spook agency was using these labs to test and develop weaponized pathogens. Who knows.

The CTR Program was founded in 1991 by the US and Russia. Russia was involved in the CTR up to the 2014 invasion.

Nulands comments make sense. The first thing Russians would do on capture of such facilties in Ukraine is declare they found pathogens or even transport pathogens there. Plus all the other terribly amateur propaganda Russia has put out.

As I has shown earlier, the Russian "evidence" was shown to be false, in any case.

Really this "biolabs" thing comes down to both nativety but also ignorance, of those who believe it. Russia themselves confirmed that Ukraine did not possess specific prohibed pathogens, nor possess the infrastructure to weaponise said pathogens if they did, prior to withdrawal from the CTR Program. Russia were highly motivated after 1991 to assure themselves of this fact, and made it happen.

These are all arcane, dry, facts that Russia knows most people are going to be oblivious about.

Feel free to continue to "debate" this by all means but as I said, even the Russians have abandoned this particular narrative.

That's a conspiracy theory, obviously. You have no idea how Russia would respond or behave in any given situation related to this, and he have no way of knowing what activities these labs engaged in without Russian oversight after its withdrawal from the CTR program. Please stop speaking from a position of authority, and condescending to other posters. Nobody here is in full possession of the facts, and you don't know more than anybody else does. We're all in the speculation boat.

I'd say the jury is still out. It wouldn't be the first time Russia has attempted to make mountains from molehills, and it wouldn't be the first time the US state had tested biological weapons on a populace without its consent. In fact, they've even done this domestically.

A few more updates on what Jeebus has posted. Very large missile assault by Russia conducted within the last few hours, probably as reprisal for Ukraine's shenanigans in Belgorad. How many times does this need to happen before the Kangals of the world realize that Russia has the potential to punch back faster and harder any time it chooses? 13 major strikes reported so far in Kharkov, Odessa, Kremenchug, Krivoi rog, Dnepropetrovsk. Kanotova airbase also damaged.

Update: The Zmievskaya Thermal Power Plant and Thermal Power Plant 3 in the Kharkov region were put out of action. Power outages now reported across large areas of Ukraine. Well, at least RU waited for winter to end before doing this.
