Nobody is appeasing Russia with anything, we are not at war with Russia so we shouldn't be supporting Ukraine.

Ukraine is not the EU, it's not NATO, and its war with Russia has nothing to do with us, well apart from the fact the CIA helped topple the legitimate government of Ukraine.

You seem to forget,

Ukraine had a legal agreement with Russia over Crimea. That agreement more or less allowed Russia to operate a naval base permanently there.

When the CIA helped to overthrow the Legal and legitimate Ukranian government, the new government tore up the agreement with Russia and threatened to allow NATO to walk in and take over the base, leaving the Russian Dead Sea Fleet trapped in the Dead Sea.

Then the new Ukrainian government decided to create a civil war with the East of Ukraine because A) they didn't support the CIA-backed Coup, B) The East was mainly Russian supporters or Russian people who were living there.

Russia faced with no other option went into the Eastern Parts of Ukraine to defend those people who were constantly under attack by Ukranian NAZI forces.

It was only then that the NATO forces realised the game was up and to protect their new Ukranian asset started a war with Russia using Ukraine.

Also let's not forget what Russia was trying to do, create a new coalition of countries under BRICS, which directly challenged the West.

We all know what happens to any country that challenges the petrodollar, look at Libya, Iraq, and Syria.

You also need to ask youself a question, why is NATO constantly expanding east?

When the Soviets were on our border we had a cold war, now NATO is on the Russian border you expect Russia to do nothing?
