In the absence of any concrete evidence we like to think of the deep state as some dark monster that is unknowable and all powerful, but here we have some light thrown on the arrangement behind the term and it transpires that it is a collection of vested interests, money men and the sort of creeps they attract that is probably running America.

The second takeaway is that nothing can change in Ukraine or Gazza until Biden in is toppled. He has a fixed mindset and he will not be budged, so thousands must die and trillions be spent to appease his vanity. Aren't there meant to be checks and balances built into the system to prevent this very situation?
