No republican will believe the election was not rigged with something like 45 million votes mailed in.
 
The republicans didn't perform well because they refuse to recognise that trans rights are human rights and chopping up childrens' private bits is progressive. Until republicans address this they will continue to lose votes as this is the most important issue confronting Americans.

That representative from Pennsylvania who died aged 85 did very well to hold on to his seat in the house

Democrat Tony DeLuca, the longest-running Pennsylvania state representative, at 39 years, died last month at 85 of lymphoma, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Because of his recent death, election authorities were unable to change the ballots, and many voters chose him over Green Party challenger Queonia "Zarah" Livingston, marked by a sizable lead. A special election will be held to choose a proper candidate to take his seat.

It looks like the Republicans will end up with 220 and the democrats 215. This means the democrats can pass no law at all of consequence.

The democrats must rush to raise the debt limit before the new Congress is installed. That happens on January 3rd.
 
Dan is it fair to say the elections have been somewhat of a disappointment for the GOP?
 
Looks like Lauren Boebert will hang on. She is one of the very best, a complete extreme conservative.
 
Trump just is a fake, but a funny one.
 
It would be a whole different administration and things would be done very differently this time , but it's not as clear a path to the nomination this time ......he is still the clear favourite for me
 
I dont think so. His day is done. I think many will blame him for the weal midterms which should have been a rout.
 
It will be difficult to raise the debt ceiling without exposing themselves as puppets, so that must be done before the change over on January 3rd. We hit the ceiling in another 160 billion which is possibly just a month away or even less.
