A separation of powers was enshrined in the US Constitution upon its foundation. The Executive is subject to the Judicial Branch in the applicability of the law and the scope of its powers.

He's hardly a busted flush - he's still the governor of Florida and a very successful one at that. It's a red state now.

If that is to happen, it will be at the Convention in order to minimize his exposure to questions. They will do another version of the basement tactic.

The scoop is that Big Mike is even dumber that Harris.

But expect some surprise. I think I gave Biden a 100 days a while back. The expiration date being March 17.

I would not be surprised to see him gone now in the next 40 days or so.

If Trump has a big win on Tuesday then the panic level will be noted up a level.
