In a nutshell, the Ukrainian people were suckered into a proxy war and they are going to be wiped out.

The question now is, who is next for the chop.
Could the Romanians be next.

will the Irish gimps, despite being 2000 miles away, still manage to get themselves at least losing a few hundred soldiers

For that you need another proxy war and the Trump administration ain't going to be part of it, and Putin hasn't the resources.

You guys are really so clueless it's tragic. You hardly even suspect you're probably being lead by the nose. E.g.

Of course Putin's imperial and expansionist ambitions are well known. As are those of Iran's Islamic Republic. And the Sunnis' Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic State have not gone away either.

So, you guys are as ever gung ho to buy into a certain strain of internet propaganda, which intent is basically summed up in the phrase "... To create an atmosphere of fear and change in which drastic, powerful and revolutionary action can occur. To add momentum to the pendulum swings of history, further destabilizing and polarizing Western society in order to eventually destroy the current nihilistic, hedonistic, individualistic insanity that has taken control of Western thought..."

Now you might not like the idea of the US as the world's policeman. But the fact is, since WW2, its hegemony has greatly served the preservation of peace.

If the US step back, I strongly suspect you won't be cheering for long!

Because for all its faults, the US system, is basically just an administrative system, a legal and institutional system, that one joins by choice. It is a liberal administration that one chooses to join, based on network-based trade and individual rights and freedom to transact, under the constraint of social progress.

It includes countries like Japan, S. Korea, and Taiwan. I.e. It is not based on ethnicity.

Whereas, Putin's nationalism is the opposite. First, you don't join by choice obviously. And while you might think it's "great" that he has this vision of ethnic nationalism (his great idea of uniting all the "Slavic" people by force, and all the rest of it), I have a strong suspicion that you won't much like the reality if it ever dawns.

But the big thing is the vacuum that will arise if the US steps back - that will inevitably bring war and conflagration as a new equilibrium tries to establish itself.

Of course, the Ukraine issue in a nutshell is about the right of smaller less powerful States to choose what order they would like to be a part of, towards developing their people and potential. Ukrainians simply desired to be part of the international order, rather than be forced into Russia's order. Considering that they could if they wanted be emotionally and spiritually Slavic, but administratively organised in the Western system, while being militarily protected through the north alliance of countries.

As ever, the grasp you guys have on cause and effect is derisory. Basically, you are just a part of the clown show that is taking its place as a major driver of historical events in the internet age.

I've imperial and expansionist ambitions myself, well, a nice extension and swimming pool would be good, but, like Putin, I haven't the resources.

The wailing will have passed this coming week and reality will have set in.

unless, they actually send troops.

and it is quite possible they will send “peacekeepers “ despite the fact that there is no peace yet.

Has Trump actually got the power to reign in all the European Nutter Politicians ?

These European Nutter Politicians are obviously working hand in hand with elements of the, American Deep-State / Dark-State / American Democrat Party Politicians / and even some American Republican Politicians.

The goings on in London today are obviously highly co-ordinated i.e. All these European Nutter Politicians having their meet-up !

A fuel company in Norway has refused to provide diesel to the US navy and has gone so far as to post the biggest load of crap on social media. Will Trump just walk away from NATO now? Reading this link I can't get over the idiocy of the Norwegian company.

What companies and people say they will do on social media and what they actually will do are often enough two different things. Also sometimes one part of a State or a company will be doing things behind the backs of other parts. Blustering-I think tragically so- has become an ever bigger part of life today.

Oh they did it alright, and then went onto talk about the Zelensky meeting as being a "shitshow", hardly the language one would associate with a company of its size and stature.

Even if things are real , and indeed even more so, why on earth would he want to reel in the Europeans.

If he is real , he wants an excuse to abandon these shythehawks

So the Board of Directors actually approved the whole thing?

Only because ~ The Europeans are making the Trump administration look bad to the poorly informed in Europe and else-where !

Admittedly it does give the opportunity to Trump and his administration to say to the Europeans ~ ~ You lot can pay for this shit-show and about time too !

Two other psyche-ops

Antifa ~ ~ There is no way those fuckers could keep going, with-out the American Deep-State / Dark-State orchestrating the whole thing in the background.

Ditto for BLM ~ ~ Again that shower of fuckers would never have got going and kept going to the level they did, with-out the American Deep-State / Dark-State orchestrating them in the background as well !

Wise.

It's going to be interesting to see who the Democrats are going to come up with their next Presidential Candidate !

Also it will be interesting in the even shorter term, to see what strategies the Democrat Party will try in the Mid-Terms !

No, I care about insidious mass psycho-social pathological currents in my own people, the Irish people.
The majority of your own people are bloodthirsty, genocidal supremacists - care about that

If the money would be going from the Irish taxpayer to Ukrainian coal miners and factory girls that would be one thing however we all know that the vast bulk of it will end up in places like Dubai, Las Vegas and Tel Aviv with people who already have far too much and probably deserve absolutely nothing. I hope that Fine Gael's meanness with money is going to kick in and override their desire to be seen as "good children" by the vampires in Brussels, etc.

At a time when English people are facing a cost of living crisis and the Labour are busy dismantling what is left of the Welfare State.

And he's meant to be a leftie! The Labour party achieved much last century but now its just a bunch of self opinionated gits from the leafy suburbs whose greatest experience of hardship is running out of mayo at the BBQ.

Well he was the most extreme and obnoxious type of Ultra-Leftist back in the 1980s which is why you had all these warnings about him from Peter Hitchens. He did not get his Knighthood though for being an Ultra-Leftist- he got it in 2014 for his role in really throwing the full weight of punishment the Law could muster on those involved in or caught up in the 2011 riots by which time obviously he had totally moved away from Ultra-Leftism. It is hard to know now what he actually believes.

It is the way that the SocDems and Shinners or at least a lot of them are still supporting Zelensky even though he has banned the Soft Left parties in the part of the Ukraine he rules who really get me.

Was pleasantly surprised by Michelle O'Neill's similar sentiments this morning.

5000 MANPADs $400K each to shut down drones $55K each
Taking into account low IR footprint and room to improve it, it could easily take 2-3 missiles to shut down one drone
1 million vs 55K
