Obviously the biggest threat to humanity re: nuclear weapons is that Israel has them

I've wondered about how this could be resolved, without undue bloodshed i.e. literally wiping Israel off the face of the map. I think it would have to be covert, synchronised assassinations of all of the key people (both in Israel and America)
