None of those links would have claimed that a solar eclipse proves space is curved because that's nonsense. The bending of light around a massive object proved space is curved

You are a lying weasel. I never said I think a solar eclipse bends spacetime. The argument was about the claim that the solar eclipse prove space bends, not that the solar eclipse itself bends space. So you lied and straw-manned me knowing full well that's not what I said. I provided a bunch of links that claim the solar eclipse proved space bends. That claim was also made in the video that YOU linked earlier (23:34).

A solar eclipse is when the Moon passes directly between the Sun and Earth blocking the Sun's light in some places. Of course it doesn't prove that space is curved. That was proved by observing the light from distant stars bending around the Sun. How many times do you have be told the same thing
