Gold at $25000. Silver at $600.

The heavy volume is tapered off.

This is the biggest I can remember.

Today is most likely a very good day to be buying mining stocks.

Or some land in Limerick/Tipperary, the hills are not known as Silvermines for nothing.

Hopefully a good rebound today

The massacre of yesterday is basically erased so the buyers now are in a strong position. They may raise margins even more but now people will have extricated themselves from being too vulnerable, if they have half a brain.

Well, the did raise margin more and demolished silver even more Wednesday.

So we await the market opening in Asia in 45 minutes. There is strong investor demand in China and elsewhere in the mideast . There are export restrictions in China and the US, so that could see big price differential.

Roll on. Now or never

Maybe China will retaliate by unloading bonds. I doubt it this impacts silver too much, anybodies guess

Up 4 dollars but it is a long way till morning. It would be anazing to get back to 80 despite the forced selling

Word on the street is that a plan was hatched amongst the various market participants, that silver is to be kept at $75 for the foreseeable.

Apparently short positions are being unwound in an orderly fashion.

Has there ever recently been a time where a week could see such an altered world situation????

I bought some maples today for $86. Just to do my part.

I may transition out of gold and into silver here with the view that silver is cheap at under a $100

i know very little about silver -- i know the market was small enough to be manipulated by the Cunt brothers .
everywhere is volatile and trump is flying several kites to keep everyone's eye off Iran as Israel owns the USA and bibi has made 5 visits to the USA in the past year and on one memorable occasion received 68 standing ovations from the USA congress .
in america there are no limits -- no shame no embarrassment --everyone agrees mindless excess is the american dream .
the pursuit of happiness is a pursuit which would normally be treated with psychiatric care elsewhere in the world if taken to the extremes of the USA.
we are not far behind here -- there is a greed in the Irish middle class -- especially in the farming community where some farmers will live a life of a tramp to acquire land -- land is a god and a disease at the same time .

They need only a small bit of land. Maybe 15 square feet.

The irish middle class will be greatly hoggeted by years end.

I am a bit dismayed with many of my trades. I am consistently selling profitable trades too early instead of holding longer and sweating it out. It is advised not to be too greedy but here we have a once in a lifetime event and that is time to go all in.

The film, The Field, portrayed this well. But land, like all hard assets, can represent a certain degree of freedom and autonomy from an otherwise fake and manipulated fiat financial system. Silver is that asset now. Anyone not owning some will sorely regret it. When the German mark collapsed, people turned their worthless paper into gold, silver, jewels, property, art. Anything else basically. Even owning company stock is better than cash in a currency reset. We are almost there.

Buy the dips.

It worked for stocks for 40 years

The $75 smash down continues for now. There seems to be some legitimacy to the rumours of this now being official policy for the moment.

The real intresting bit is the huge demand for physical silver for industrial consumption isn't going anywhere.
It will increase if anything, although with America further backing away from the climate change scam that demand may well be moderated.

It will all depend on what I expect to be shocking employment news tomorrow

Indeed, it makes little sense in the longer term to price suppress a commodity in rising demand.

It seems that a delta trade situation is developing however, where shorts sell on the smashes, buying back in on the long side in anticipation of higher future prices, in order to cover losses with future gains. Hopefully the short selling ends soon

A lot of big financial players must be in very precarious positions.

That is true. I know farmers who are multi millionaires but they look like tramps.

its your own bookies office until you realize you are really in somebody elses bookie office,
and its vast and knows the future because it owns all the nags in the race --
and you do not even know when the off is or where the finish is or what the odds are -- you can only suspect you know if you know what i mean .

Doesn't seem to have held below $75 for long.
Given geopolitical circumstances.
It's understandable.

Likely individuals.

But the lad at my store did say that small stuff will be scarse as the refiners and making the bug bars instead

Something on radio about Trump acting against Jerome Powell, Fed Reserve chairman. Previous fed chairs Yelland, Bernanke, Greenspan have said this is terrible, end-of-the-world stuff. Probably all nonsense.
