More to the point, has Israel done so yet, or at least decided that it's been hurt enough? It took 12(?) days last time, what has Iran done this time round, silence on that of course but for a raging war that is supposed to end the world it's all a bit subdued. Maybe Usrael is going to step up a gear but what is there now left to achieve? The leader has been knocked out but that doesn't mean a revolution will follow, it could well go the other way and support for the regime consolidate behind his apparent replacement and there is simply isn't the manpower available for an invasion.

To me it all seems a bit pointless, fuelled by hatred rather than any sort of logic or moral planning.

A rather prophetic post, it appears that its all bangs and flashes but little to show for it all, except for the assasination of a foreign leader, and I thought that was something that broached various protocols.

Bombing a missile compound is not the same as destroying it. It is likely that the missiles were kept in dispersed silos, an arrangement which requires multiple hits, each upon an individual silo, to do serious damage. The fact that Usrael has only managed to hit half the compounds suggests that it's bombing is not as successful as thay might have hoped, which indicates that only limited damage was inflicted on the missile, stores, and many of the weapons would have been used already.

I think Gemma might be in fact AI - has anyone ever met her in person? As for the war - very scant details coming out today- my impression is it might not be going to plan - as in these middle east US AF bases might have been knocked out of commission- hence the U turn from steemer and allowing the US AF to use the raf base in Cyprus?
