As are our politicians......Water Is Wet ! !
As are our politicians......Water Is Wet ! !
thank you for that this is a rare very rare accurate telling of the events and i believe Enoch will be vindicated -- but from outside this ideology ruled country.Leaked emails reveal horrific mistruth at the heart of Enoch Burke case
Niall Feiritear
Leaked emails in the Enoch Burke case reveal the principal of Wilson's Hospital School said she had parental consent to change a schoolchild's pronouns but this was not true.
As far as anyone with a brain is concerned, this is where this case should begin and end. Let's just repeat ourselves here for the slow ones at the back : the former principal of the school told an untruth that she had parental consent to use 'they/them' pronouns with one of her pupils.
It doesn't matter if the child wanted this nonsense to occur, the parents were unaware and uninformed of what was taking place.
This vindicates Enoch Burke for anyone except the extremely mentally redundant.
Let's break this stupid case down once and for all. The Gender Recognition Act of 2015 states that:
For individuals aged 16 and 17 in Ireland, legal gender recognition, which includes updating official documents like birth certificates to reflect a preferred gender, requires parental or guardian consent and a court order
For younger children (under 16), it is not currently possible to legally change their gender in a way that is recognized by the State [1]. This implies that any formal recognition of a child's gender identity, including potentially through pronoun usage in schools, would likely fall under the purview of parental decision-making
The law doesn't specify that a school must have parental permission to change specific gender pronouns for a child but perhaps the law now needs an update?
On the 9 th May 2022, staff at the school received an e-mail from the principal of the school, informing them a third year student would be making a "social transition" in their gender identity from the next day and stating that from then the student would become known by a different name and that “ they” should be used in place of the gender-specific pronoun that had been used up to the point.
Enoch Burke immediately objected to the principal's instruction. He emailed the principal the very next day stating:
“Can you confirm to me that parents of students in the school have been informed that their children will be told that one of their classmates is to be referred to as “they” instead of [pronoun] and they must now approve this by referring to the student in this manner? Has the chaplain agreed to this?I am shocked that students in this school are being forced to accept this position.”
The principal replied:
“All due care has been taken. There is no ‘agreement’ required from Chaplain. There is no suggestion of “force” by or for anyone involved. If you are not willing to include [child's name] in your classroom going further, please make an appointment to see me at our mutual convenience.”
Enoch replied to say:
“It is wrong that this belief system would be forced upon students and I will be taking this further. It is an abuse of children and their constitutional rights.”
On 27 th May, the principal emailed Enoch stating:
“I am writing to you following on from the meeting last week (Wednesday 19 th May) regarding the request by a student and the student's parents that the student be addressed as [name] rather than [name] and that the identifying pronoun of they/their be used going forward.I wish to clarify the approach of Wilson's Hospital to such request. The ethos of our school is inclusive and ensuring the welfare of students is paramount.......
I edited out some boring crap here-
......While I recognise that it may be challenging for you in light of your own religious beliefs, in view of the ethos of the school and the school's obligations under the Equal Status Act 2000, I expect that you will communicate with this student in accordance with the wishes of the student and the student's parents.”
Enoch replied on the 27 th May:
“On Monday 9 May you emailed all staff requesting that they address a student with a new name and refer to the student using ‘they’ rather than the [pronoun] used up that point. You also told us that the same demand would be made of all classmates of the student. In the staff meeting the next day on Tuesday 10 May and also the meeting you requested last week on Wednesday 19 May I explained to you clearly where I stand on the matter.”
Now let's jump forward to 17th March 2023 and an article in the Irish Independent by Shane Phelan which states that the parents never gave their consent.
Mr Phelan writes:
"In an email to the school's principal in January, the parent said they only learned "the child in question is my child" after reading a court judgment which outlined what year the unidentified student was in.
"'The school did not inform me.'
"The parent also said their child had never requested they be called by the "they/them pronoun".
So that's it, really, nothing else matters.
Apparently Enoch Burke became upset after these events and raised his voice or broke up a couple of meetings or whatever, but none of that really matters.
Formal consent from parents, in any society, should be the minimum we expect for changes to our children's pronouns.
Burke was just unlucky that he was subordinate.
Power tends to win out in these stupid work environment situations. No matter how pissed off Burke got with his superior, that was righteous anger with someone who he thought had gotten parental consent. Imagine he knew that was not true!
If some teacher ever tried to use different gender pronouns with my kid, without my consent, I can tell you I would become violently angry.
In an affidavit, the school's chairman, John Rogers, said a meeting did take place between the student, their parents and the principal at which the then principal was advised the student wanted to "transition" and to be addressed by a new name and pronoun .
However, the parent said in the email to Mr Milling they wished to be clear that the purpose of the meeting was to "re-engage [their child] back to school". The parent also said that while the child had requested to go by a new name,
"the they/them pronoun came from Wilson's" .
Burke is clearly innocent. It doesn't matter how angry/disruptive whatever he got after this, he is not the one in the wrong here, clearly.
Get him out of prison, give him back his life and his money.
Enoch Burke is doing bird now over 500 days.
For society to function, peace is not merely the absence of tension; it is the presence of justice.
The 26 County Banana state-let is a disgrace ~ Corrupt and a laughing stock ! ! !I just read that Ammi and Martina Burke were sent to prison for two weeks. For some bs. I reckon that's to stop them travelling to Washington.
They deserve it, in my opinion. They knew full well their shouting was in contempt of court but they did it anyway. Like Enoch, they want to be locked up, for the attention, and so they can perpetuate their imagined persecution. I cannot stand people who think they can get what they want by being hyper aggressive and shouting over people. Just because they are against the use of LGBT pronouns does not mean we should automatically support them - especially when they do not support Irish nationalism.I just read that Ammi and Martina Burke were sent to prison for two weeks. For some bs. I reckon that's to stop them travelling to Washington.
I wonder do the Jew-loving Burkes know that trans lunacy was started by Jews.Fair enough the Burkes could handle themselves " Cute-er "
But on the basics of this Trans-Lunacy, the Burkes are correct ! ! !
Let's put aside Jews, mass immigration, national socialists etc for the moment.I wonder do the Jew-loving Burkes know that trans lunacy was started by Jews.
Lads, the Burke family support the very people responsible for LGBT and the replacement of Irish people in our own country. As supporters of Jews, they also oppose the first group of people (Nazis) who tried to stop the trans lunacy and deal with the Jewish problem. They do not care about our fight. They care about their family, religion and Israel/Jews; not Ireland, not Irish people, not you. Ye can simp for them if ye want, but they don't give two fucks about Irish people being replaced by foreigners, and they wouldn't give a fuck if you were in prison for hate speech - and if your hate speech was against Jews, they would likely support you being locked up for it.
Excellent Post.Let's put aside Jews, mass immigration, national socialists etc for the moment.
And let's look at the facts of this case. Here you have a very well educated, intelligent, thoughtful young man who has worked hard and earned a position teaching at a prodigious school, earning a decent salary. He is by all accounts popular among his students.
This same teacher is instructed by some progressive ideologue of a principal (a woman, of course, who has subsequently fled to another school) to butcher the English language in order to appease some young impressionable idiot caught up in a dangerous fad. He admirably refuses and calls out the ideologues for the utter cretins they are.
He's then suspended. He's lost his livelihood. How should he react?
I say the Burkes' firebrand, no nonsense bollocking of the Irish establishment (particularly the judiciary) is long overdue and necessary in such bizarre times. They're making a stand, and pulling no punches. We can all tut tut at the obnoxious behaviour but it's the only way they can make their point.
That's putting aside the inconsistencies in the case. Why did the principal resign? Why have two members of the appeal Board resigned? Why was it revealed afterwards that the school had bypassed the child's parents in acceding to her demands to be called "they".
That's not what happened. The principal asked him to use pronouns for a student; he refused. That could have been the matter, but Enoch decided to confront the teacher at a function outside the school for students, teachers & parents. He could have discussed the matter with the principal and the board, but he chimped out, so the school board decided to suspend him based on that behaviour, not for refusing to use pronouns. Any employee in any other job who did what Enoch did would be either suspended or sacked. Imagine if your boss asked you to do something, you tell him no, then you absolutely berate him in public. You wouldn't be suspended, you'd be sacked immediately.Let's put aside Jews, mass immigration, national socialists etc for the moment.

The principal was in the wrong to ask him to use pronouns. I have no issue with Enoch objecting to that. If he was sacked for refusing to use pronouns, I would support him. I don't know why they have resigned, maybe they are tired of this whole saga. Enoch was supposedly well-liked by his students, so where are they, and their parents? Why are they not publicly supporting Enoch? Have the child's parents spoke about this publicly? That's putting aside the inconsistencies in the case. Why did the principal resign? Why have two members of the appeal Board resigned? Why was it revealed afterwards that the school had bypassed the child's parents in acceding to her demands to be called "they".

Was he given a choice as to whether he had to use pronouns? I thought teachers had to use the preferred pronouns of the student, which is obviously insane. This, the schools thought was the official policy of the department of education, which we now know was false. That's not what happened. The principal asked him to use pronouns for a student; he refused. That could have been the matter, but Enoch decided to confront the teacher at a function outside the school for students, teachers & parents. Enoch chimped out again by going to the school during his suspension, standing outside and even going inside the building. The school then decided to get the courts to prohibit him doing that. He was jailed for contempt of court for breach of that order. He has continued to break the court ruling by visiting the school and that's why he's still in prison. He makes his court hearings and appeals all the more difficult by his own behaviour, supported by his mother and siblings who joined in the chimp-outs, making court proceedings impossible.
How should he react? By choosing diplomacy and conflict resolution over chimping out. By not showing up at the school after being ordered by the court not to. He was suspended and then sacked for his actions which he decided upon knowing the consequences. He could have tackled the pronoun request by itself, and still could, but he chooses to get himself imprisoned for contempt of court. He could obey the court, so he would not be in prison, and he would be better able to campaign against the trans lunacy.
Do you think it's wrong to stand up to bullies and groomers targeting stupid, impressionable children? Do you think it was a polite request from this yolk? That's not what happened. As far as I understand, she did not order him to use pronouns or intimidate him in any way to use them. I have not seen any testimony from Enoch that he was being bullied to use pronouns. Apparently he was asked to use the pronouns, not ordered to. He refused. The principal didn't then punish him or bully him. Instead of leaving it at that, Enoch went scorched earth mode and attacked the principal which forced the school board's hand to take disciplinary action and suspend him. He could have made a complaint to the school board or Teachers Union and gone down that road, but he overreacted and burned his bridges.Do you think she would have left it there if he simply refused?
I'm all for fighting the establishment and trans ideology, but they are not doing that. They are fighting a contempt of court case. If Enoch simply stays away from the school, he will no longer be in contempt of court, then he would be out of prison and he could campaign then specifically about the trans grooming problem in the education system. The Burkes can stand up to the establishment without turning the courtroom into a circus where all the focus is on them and not on the trans issue.I say all power to Burke and his family. I hope they continue to stand up to bullies and establishment Stooges.
