Reading his replies of late I'm rather thinking that another person is manning the Haven account recently. It's not the first time this possibility has been raised.

Well whatever about the Cranks there's definitely a link between gays and child abuse when it comes to it occurring within the RCC.

Someone put the rate of gay Priests as high as half of the entire Priesthood whereas in the general population its more like 2%.
 
Listening to the Catholic cranks in here you get a better picture of the spectrum involved, taking in ‘terrified of women’, ‘unable to talk to women’, desperate, kind of straight maybe, probably a bit gay, will take any port in a storm, predatory, sly, did I say desperate, repressed, suffering emotional difficulties, unable to form adult relationships etc. Which is a bit difficult to find one single simple metric for. Undeniably any normal, decent, straight forward gay that I have known, realised that they were more attracted to men than women very very early on in their lives.

Absolutely we’re not talking of the same type of healthy sexuality when we’re talking about those twisted institutionalised Catholic predators, opportunists, abusers, and exploiters of the authority vested in them.

As per my post above, that touched on the kind of underlying pathologies that drove it.

Why doesn't your hatred of Catholicism and Catholics extend to other religions? You hate all Catholics because of the crimes of a minority of priests. There are plenty of Rabbis, Hindu and Muslim leaders who have engaged in the same sexual abuse as Catholic priests.

Also remember there is no religion more anti-LGBT than Muslims who literally murder people in the most brutal ways for being gay, something we never did in Catholic Ireland. You can’t offer any logical reason as to why there was an ideological switch in Ireland.

In no other country would the national media comically describe immigrants from the far side of the world using local adjectives like - “A Galway man” or “a man from Dublin”. That particular insanity, is something very specific to our little island. It’s clearly by design.
