On Tuesday, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that Poland was going to provide some of its MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine within the next four to six weeks. On February 17, he said that Warsaw was ready to supply these fighters to Ukraine only in concert with other NATO countries.

The Russians have urged great caution from all their top spokespeople and medias on those latest announcements, they repeat in fullest detail - Caution!! The prefix 'Neo' doesn't mean 'near'. It means 'new form'.

Ergo, a Neocon is a new form of conservative. Specifically, it refers to someone on either side of the political spectrum who is anti-populist, war-hawkish, and embraces completely Randist free-market capitalism, especially in the banking and finance sectors. It is above all else self-serving, industry first and people last.

You wouldn't use it in that context because of the concrete noun/transitive verb agreement. As a prefix, it's pretty much only utilised when dealing with abstractions, like concepts. For example, Neo-Marxism, Neoclassical.

In the latter example, Neo is used to denote a type of aesthetic that occurs outside the real period of classicism.

Whether or not new forms actually exist is, or whether you believe they do comes down to your own philosophical predilections. Plato would have said they don't.

The half observant observer knew what Bolton was about. Trump as President never once acted as such. Its the same excuse we listen to from Corbyn apologists who explain away his failures by blaming those around him.

Trump had the largest bully pulpit in the world. His statements, like any President's, shape the narrative and once spoken force everyone else to react. Trump didn't use this. In this respect his presidency was a failure. And there is no reason to believe he'd do better in a second term

These other lads can not bring themselves to accept that Trump is no good and this chat that the swamp somehow coralled him is mad foolishness. All he had to do is declassify troves of FBI files on say Hillary Clinton or all of them. which a president can do. He did not even declassify the JFK records.

If anything, Obama had more balls than Trump.

Obama read out his foolish memo drawing a line in the sand, and sure enough when Assad crossed it, the war hawks thought they had WW3 but Obama just refused to give the order. So the west was defeated in Syria and as if by magic, Isis just disappeared. Then Trump could claim he defeated Isis.
