Wilson’s Hospital School have sought a court order which could lead to Burke’s recommittal to prison. The regime is out to get this guy. The thing is that the school in question was founded by massive donations of someone who basically shared most of Enoch Burke's Theological understandings and who made it clear that he wanted the school therefore to be about in part those Religious beliefs.

See, we must remember that there has been an observable high rise in rates of autism within the child & adult population and it has also been discovered that many Trans are autistic.
I'll suggest to you that the child in question has autism and requires special care/handling in comparison to a typical normal child.

I know Muslims and Orthodox Jews who believe in the existence of gendered souls and therefore support "sex change surgery" in cases where you are not just talking about a pervy porn addict wanting to live out a fantasy but they also believe very harsh punishments for "normal" homosexual carry on and in what would be considered by a large majority of Western people as very rigid ideas about gender roles. In an interview I seen yesterday he said it's all about his rights being protected. That the courts should uphold his right to not be forced to use terminology while addressing a student that he and his religion do not recognize as legitimate.

I recall Chomsky saying that once they achieved equal rights for blacks in the US they should have stopped at that. What you describe above puts a whole different perspective on my view and indeed on the reality of the case.
Fundamental to my ideas on the subject is that primarily, first and foremost, the family of the child were all together on this and that the parents were very much onboard and careful in minding the best interest of their child - as they collectively see and live it within their real family home.
As I imagined it (think about Myles pushing a pram) the child would probably/possibly eventually grow out of it or else be as they are that the situation was well within official guidelines and that everyone was fully aware and onboard - but especially with the parents - absolutely with the parents, or else . . .
Your reveal above really changes things to certainly favour and well respect Enoch's initial refusal to cooperate . . .
