How does one set about flattening such a vast country? It's military assets are no doubt well spread out requiring massive amounts of explosives to be delivered for any effect to be felt, is the US bomber fleet up to it and what exactly do you target with the nukes if that route is chosen?

They will if that is the only way to ensure that there are no more Islamic Republic proxies in the damned country, turning it into a garrison, building "rocket rooms" in civilian apartment buildings, firing missiles at their citizens, etc.

The issue here is not an agenda of a "greater Israel".

Just look at the map I posted above for instance, and it's radical Muslim hegemony that strikes as the issue, does it not.

Never mind how the Israelis handed back the Sinai after the 1967 war which is 3 times the size of Israel itself.

Or how they traded land for peace with Egypt, Jordan, and handed maritime borders to Lebanon for "guaranteed security".

Or how they pulled out of Gaza as part of Sharon's two-part plan (Gaza first then the West Bank), even taking bodies out of Jewish cemeteries to cut all connections with it.

So sure they might take all of Lebanon.

But examine the real reasons why instead of offering up the usual conspiracy theory as the reason.
