In my personal experience it does.

The most mentally shattered people I have come across have been female but also the most together psychologically people I have come across have been women.

Sure ~ Women are a bit Cracked ~ ~ Mind you ~ So are Men.

Well if you look at the United States and France the genders increasingly hate each others guts. Now it is natural that women would wreck men's heads some of the time and men do the same to women's ones but I am talking about actual hate.

Seeing a culturally the 26 counties seems hell bent on going down the North American path that will probably begin to happen here.

For some reasons Politicians / Others saw a big advantage in getting Women to Hate Men and to show that they Hate Men ~ ~ Obviously there is going to be a reaction from some Men to that.

Divide and Conquer, I Suppose = = That has been around for a long time and been used by Politicians / Others for their own advantage.

Is it better for Society if Women are " Controlled " by Religion = = I think that is a Good Question.

Women seem to have gone off the rails, coinciding with the down-fall of religion in the West.

Well, there's the old saw that men think women are mad and women think men are stupid.

I think that there are different charisms for men and women (for the most part). Women tend to have a personalist mystical relationship and men tend to have a rational pragmatic one. Both are intuitive, but intuitions of different characters.

Centralisation, atomisation and monetisation has fractured society and largely depersonalised it. This has had a very serious impact on women.

Commoditisation has had a brutal effect on women. I recall a clip from an Adam Curtis film where he included a group of dancing women on a strand to illustrate this point, and recall the very different condition of women in England when I went to work there as a callow youth.

Women save men when they are young, and men save women as they age. That cycle is undone now. Firm footing has been lost. That's why the world has become so vainglorious and insensible of its duty to God.

This is an argument that comes from the libertarian Mises Institute. It highlights why pragmatism is insufficient.

'Socialism has repeatedly yielded famine, rationing, production shortages, and the seeming disappearance of natural resources. An economic record like this has to be sufficient to dismiss it.

Think so? Let me ask you…

  • Are you against slavery because it doesn’t engender a thriving agrarian industry?
  • Are you against restricting speech because it does a bad job protecting people’s feelings?
  • Are you against random home searches because they don’t uncover enough contraband to bolster public safety?
If not, why not?'

This is of interest.

Well, Ayn Rand was a bit of a mad one but you might observe that the growing number of inactive people are products of Going Galt. There is some sense in her account but it is a cold materialist view.

I didn't mean to derail Zipporah thread into one about political action and ideology but was building towards the following. This is new to me too. It's extraordinary and no wonder that those who point it out are considered odd by the general run of humanity.

The Fiddler - Karl Marx, All Poetry

I know of Voegelin (who was a genius). He can be difficult, without previous exposure to the vocabulary, but his work is penetrating. He's mentioned above. I hadn't known this reference but if he included it then there's something to it. The general disposition of the socialist radicals begins to make sense with this context.

I was going to post this in the Wake Up Videos thread but this is a good place for it too.

Ms Catherine why do you think there's so many Irishwomen riding foreigners (including yourself)?

’My lige lady, generally,’ quod he, ‘Wommen desiren to have sovereynetee As wel over hir housbond as hir love, And for to been in maistrie hym above. This is youre mooste desir, thogh ye me kille; Dooth as yow list, I am heer at youre wille In al the court ne was ther wyf, ne mayde, Ne wydwe, that contraried that he sayde, But seyden he was worthy han his lyf.
