There is almost too much truth in that to cope with in one sitting!

Perhaps the most persuasive argument is that of a false reality that is being erected, renewed and maintained. We like to think that the truth of 9/11, covid and so on will come out one day and the perpetrators hung from the nearest lamppost, but it won't happen, not while this gulf between the real world and the world that we are informed of exists. What's with all this "public realm enhancement" going on in towns everywhere. 1.4 million was spent on this thing the locals call "tumbledown hayshed" in Roscommon town's square. It looks awful and it serves no purpose as a shelter as the roof is too high.
Strokestown people are up in arms about plans to "enhance the streetscape" or something. If you know Strokestown's wide main street, it's a great place to pull in, do your business, turn around, and eff off. This new scheme would remove something like ninety parking places.

I was wondering how an artist could afford a few million dollars worth of gold for an art piece and learned that it was commissioned by the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, which by its name and the disgusting architecture of its building in New York immediately rang alarms bells, and I remembered @AUL LAD speaking about that museum recently (quote below). So it turns out that Jews commissioned an Italian guy, whose other work includes a banana duct-taped to a wall, to build this golden toilet, as an anti-Trump piece, and named it "America". Typical Jewish art which is the antithesis of beauty.

my first cousin is a senior person at the Guggenheim in new York .
i went there and i was shocked by the ugliness - disturbed almost evil so called art .
i sat and watched as older people brought a younger person who was clearly appalled by the offering on display and the older person went to LA LA land to try and interpret what it was and he failed with me and with his pupil.

its funding and our town was done 3 times and the last time 80,000 was spent but it emerged later the budget for the job stated 600,000 was spent .
