No, the are not, only in Nevada I believe. Rhode Island I believe allow servicing in strip clubs on some sort of a technicality

Hooking is one of those things, it's always going to be around, can't be stamped out. Might as well legalize and regulate it. That way, how toxic it is can be controlled to some degree, and it can be taxed. It was illegal for the longest time here in Australia and legal now, I don't see anywhere near as many pros walking the streets these days.

Legal in Australia, illegal in Thailand. No prizes for guessing which has more of it.
