I half agree.

There's a few things you're not considering here though:

A) There's no way that LEO could know what that woman's intentions were in the heat of the moment, and she put him in a position in which he was forced to react on instinct.
B) She was very likely a paid protestor, and so was her partner.
C) Both were being deliberately antagonistic. Her bulldyke partner is quite audibly heard to yell "Drive baby Drive!" before Renee gasses it.There's since been new footage released which proves this. Both women involved disobeyed the directive to get out of the vehicle and yes, ICE does have authority to request this of US citizens.

Arrest anyone (including U.S. citizens) for criminal offenses, if those crimes have been committed in the agent’s presence or meet the usual standards for a federal arrest.

this blockade was now admitted to be china focused as it emerged that china divides up its source of oil from only 3 locations RUSSIA VENEZUELA AND IRAN and the USA sanctions on the three of them is war on china /terrorism by the USA on china by oil proxy and this is what the current war in Venezuela is all about .
i looked up the Chevy website on the suburban and discovered its engine produced 420 hp exactly the same as my 14 tons empty 53 seater Volvo B 12 COACH .
my gearbox has 12 speeds and yours has a very useful 10 speeds and i was very impressed with the smooth gearchange and response from your vehicle --it moved rapidly from well matched gear to the next well matched gear.
You have plenty of room and the huge pillars behind your head make it almost armored car type which would give a person a feeling of great security .
the suburban is listed as the second longest lasting vehicle in the USA and i listened to the totally unstressed distinctive V8 which i could listen to all day --you are to be envied your luxurious throne .
Thursday of this week i brought kids to the young scientist expo in the RDS and it was insanity as they had Funderland on in the coach park in the simmonscourt AT THE SAME TIME . when we got there we were told to fuck off and park in faraway UCD by various nationalities /gestapo in yellow jackets and no info was available for pick up and we returned to where we dropped them to be told fuck off again this area is for the evening /second lot arriving to the rds we had the teachers number and arranged to collect them at the front of the rds where we waited for 40 minutes and then received a call to be told they were not permitted to come to us and we had to circle again to gain entry to the horse arena where we were again told to load and fuck off .
the reason there are so few deaths by automatic weapons is we are not allowed to own them --if i had access to artillery /missiles /bow and arrow they would all have been used last Thursday .
you live in paradise -- on the way home i was informed that there were two sick /potential pukers on the bus and the teachers were going to put them in the vacant seat behind my head in order that they could shower me with puke on the way home .
i informed the teachers that this is not possible as you see this seat is not in use and it is marked out with a large red beachtowel and sign stating this ,
as i cannot concentrate on avoiding the imminent puke behind me and drive a coach with 50 souls on board safely -i asked them would they put puking children behind the head of a pilot of a aer lingus flight .
they looked with incredulity that i would object to be showered with puke and i said let them sit behind your selves and i told the kids behind them to move .
they looked at me with horror and i know they will never hire me again but i am too old to give a fuck.

I'm not so sure that the oil companies setting conditions should be considered an issue for Trump. There is a lot of money involved in getting the oil flowing again and, quite understandably, they want to make sure they are going to get it back. As suggested elsewhere, if the big companies drag their feet there are plenty of less risk averse wildcatters who will jump in instead.
