Guess my Weight.

I am a hair short of 5 foot nine as I age somewhat. Say 5’8 and three quarters
hmm...

Well, I don't use Lbs, I am civilized and use the metric system!

I'm going to say somewhere around 80kg.

That is 176 lbs . I wish.

I finish my fast at 9am, less than 12 hours so we need more guess as only one has been close

7.5 hours to go

Knowing a man's height still isn't enough (although there's videos of Dan so you can judge his size).

One lad at 5'8 could have a slender frame and be a bantamweight eg Dom Cruz.

Another at 5'8 could have a large frame (wide trunk, thick limbs etc) and be a welterweight eg Joe Buckley.

A fella once said to me there's only a certain amount you can change your body. Its like having a couch. You can pull out and change the cushions etc but the frame will always be the frame.

Whats so confusing Frank? I thought I explained it quite well.

If blind Myles would guess my weigh even close you would be a free man this very day but he never had any Mike O Bamas

One hour to go before I can come off my fast. I may do another two hours but all will be tevealed today and @Lazarus could be risen. There is still time

12 minutes to go.

Fast is now to be completed ar 106 hours and it is time to disclose my weight.

I don't know how tall you are, so it's hard to say.

There's no way you're 200LBs though, if you were even close to that there'd be no walks over a mile.
Correct Sir, as isual you are spot on. I can walk 10 miles without a both and when not fasting, my regular walk is 6 miles that I do mist days, weather permitting. If I have a tour I do 5 miles around Castle Island, two loops in Southie

You got it to the exact pound so you get to decide whether @Lazarus gets off moderation. I have to say that was excellent deduction. You knew if it was not decent, i would not be broadcasting it.

12 stone 9 pounds , exactly 10 stone less than lard-arse in Athy. Happy days

  • Haha
Reactions: AN2
Well that is my weight, a tad over 12 and a half stone. That is a Body Mass Index of 26.1 and is actually overweight. 25 and above is overweight.
To get to healthy, I need to be below 169 lbs, shat is 12 stone.

very very few people that I see are in that range

That's been a while for me

I would be rather taller than you though. Plus my dick would weigh more than your clothes and phone :)

True, but you can change quite a lot with the right exercises. Bone density is a big thing too. I suspect this is how a lot of MMA fighters are able to cut a lot of weight and still retain power when they fight in divisions that they're really far too big for.

Why not, he can come off.

I also wouldn't put too much stock in BMI, it's a rule-of-thumb, not the be-all-and-end-all. 80kg for your height is a healthy weight. At that point you should be thinking more about different weight exercises than cardio. You'll still drop weight, but you'll be converting it to muscle.

Try and get a cable machine if you can. You can do a lot of exercises on them at a great price, and you don't have to have a spotter.

Ok, I will be making a video on the fast when my pep returns. I am a bit strained.

Next competition is to guess how much I can bench press, maybe @Wolf will do a little better.

That one is easier. Only about 5% of people can lift their body weight and over.

And I am not in that 5%. Maybe Val is, he could be the 2nd strongest man in Ireland.

Temember now, I am a man over 40 years and I only started last year. I have been walking for more than 10 years.

I heard he uses a buckrake for benching and adds bales
