hmm...I am a hair short of 5 foot nine as I age somewhat. Say 5’8 and three quarters
Well, I don't use Lbs, I am civilized and use the metric system!
I'm going to say somewhere around 80kg.

You must have them heavy bones !That is 176 lbs . I wish.
Knowing a man's height still isn't enough (although there's videos of Dan so you can judge his size).hmm...Well, I don't use Lbs, I am civilized and use the metric system! I'm going to say somewhere around 80kg.
As usual, Wolf is a little off by 44lbs. He will not be bailing out poor @Lazarus223 lbs.
Correct Sir, as isual you are spot on. I can walk 10 miles without a both and when not fasting, my regular walk is 6 miles that I do mist days, weather permitting. If I have a tour I do 5 miles around Castle Island, two loops in SouthieI don't know how tall you are, so it's hard to say.
There's no way you're 200LBs though, if you were even close to that there'd be no walks over a mile.
You got it to the exact pound so you get to decide whether @Lazarus gets off moderation. I have to say that was excellent deduction. You knew if it was not decent, i would not be broadcasting it.hmm...

I am in me bollix out by that much....unless you're a short arse 5 footer. As usual, Wolf is a little off by 44lbs. He will not be bailing out poor @Lazarus
That's been a while for meWell that is my weight, a tad over 12 and a half stone.
True, but you can change quite a lot with the right exercises. Bone density is a big thing too. I suspect this is how a lot of MMA fighters are able to cut a lot of weight and still retain power when they fight in divisions that they're really far too big for.Knowing a man's height still isn't enough (although there's videos of Dan so you can judge his size).
One lad at 5'8 could have a slender frame and be a bantamweight eg Dom Cruz.
Another at 5'8 could have a large frame (wide trunk, thick limbs etc) and be a welterweight eg Joe Buckley.
A fella once said to me there's only a certain amount you can change your body. Its like having a couch. You can pull out and change the cushions etc but the frame will always be the frame.
Why not, he can come off.You got it to the exact pound so you get to decide whether @Lazarus gets off moderation. I have to say that was excellent deduction. You knew if it was not decent, i would not be broadcasting it.
That one is easier. Only about 5% of people can lift their body weight and over.Ok, I will be making a video on the fast when my pep returns. I am a bit strained.
Next competition is to guess how much I can bench press, maybe @Wolf will do a little better.
When val works out the machines get stronger. And I am not in that 5%. Maybe Val is, he could be the 2nd strongest man in Ireland.
