I think its more in response to a large military attack on Kiev by Russia, but I wouldn't be shocked if they start to pull a mutiny on the Trump Presidency and prevent him taking up office.

Also I really don't think that Obama was in the drivers of Biden's Presidency. Obama chose him as a running mate to assure "White Middle America" that he was not some type of radical Black Nationalist because supposedly no one such as that would chose someone with deep Klu Klux Klan connections (membership?) as Biden has to be Vice President.
