Where did you come across the claim that Julius Streicher was Jewish? I am almost certain that he wasn't. I would be very surprised if he was- Der Sturmer was extremely critical of the Hitlerite regime for not being thorough in it's anti-Jewish policies. Never the less Der Sturmer has played a role in anti-Nazi propaganda going back to the 1920s and only increasing after Hitler took power.

I am pretty certain that some Jewish academic activists have made the claim that Eurcharistic Processions have anti-Jewish origins.
