Seems like Musk is commenting on the anti racist racism that has become quite the fad of late. He makes no reference to any group, it's the ideology he's commenting on. His companies are notable for their hiring on merit - rather than on good ole boy or DEI networks. It's probably because of his disdain for inadequacy that he remarked reflexively on the blather that justifies it. Also, that Eva one is a bit of a looker.
