Yes. If Ireland were to leave the EU those rights would no longer apply. EU citizens (European people) are not the problem, although I would like to see a reduction in their number.
I don't care what they have "contributed", this isn't about that, but to answer the question, I think some of those should be allowed to stay, but they are small in number. There were hardly any immigrants here until the late 90s.
