A lot less than this time last year. There are increasing reports or armed groups within Russia aiming to overthrow Putin. That's before we get to increasing unrest in the ethnic republics.
Oh I don't think so, Col MacGregor has been talking about at least 150k ready to go.

Stories of armed groups attempting to overthrow Putin are hilarious. Just who are they going to replace him with, Zelensky?

A pro-Russian racist Islamophobic crackpot that no one outside of a loony fringe takes seriously.
Nah, not that one. The lad I'm talking about is a level headed sort of guy that who has led tanks into battle and rose to become a colonel. Did you ever even make it it to patrol leader in in your Brownie pack?

Putin's hollow victory: The capture of Bakhmut in numbers

Russia claims to have seized Bakhmut in a battle likely to be the bloodiest since the Second World War. But it came at a huge cost

Drag Race Lol GIF by RuPaul's Drag Race's Drag Race

A transparent PR exercise to shift attention from the ass kicking NATO got in Bahkmut. As dutiful employees, our in-house bots are on message.

Which reminds me of the Nazi film 'Kolberg' produced to boost morale as Germany got beat in '44-'45

Don't underestimate Zelinsky's ruthless assault on the lawnmowers of Belgorod, it'll have gangs of garden gnomes crawling over the suburbs hunting down Putin with fishing rods and spotty mushrooms!

The fall guy for sacrifice is picked.
No surprise either.
This is as MSM as it gets!

No response from Johnson I take it? Paid handsomely to remain oblivious, no doubt.

Mental illness would supporting a brutal thug like Putin. Mental illness would be believing random telegram channels over professional news outlets. Mental illness is wallowing in conspiracy shite about the WEF and thinking the Xis and Assads of this world are all round decent chaps and the biggest of all mental illnesses is thinking there is a moral equivalence between a western democratic state and a grim brutal autocracy.

So you have no link to Zelensky being worth 500 billion. None.Nothing. Nada. You pulled it put some orifice.

Ex members of the world bank which is not a bank.
Never mentioned anything about 500 million.
That's an article about the Ukraine before it became a bastion for democracy overnight.

The figures are truly shocking and are a testament to how wicked Putin really is.

All for a small city of minimal strategic value. It has all but destroyed the Wagner group.
Most historic battles have been fought in small out of the way places.

Says who? Have figures been released for Wagner casualties. No doubt their figures are higher than those of the Russian army, as they are the grinders. How do they compare to Ukrainian fatalities though? A Ukrainian commander already accidentally admitted in an interview that the death rate was 7 Ukrainians to 1 Russian.

For the first time in 442 days of war and who knows how many before that.

There is not a single mention of the war on Drudge.

It is over.

Let's see how Far west Russia now grabs.

Maybe the whole kip to solve the problem for good.

I see you miss Grindr max.

And I posted that it wasn't you but maxflinn who cannot back it up.

American citizens for a start. Irish ethnicity presumably.

Complete bull. Most major battles are over something worthwhile.

Another factoid you pulled out of your arse. No one except a bird brain thinks that is true. If that was the case Bakhmut would have fallen long ago.

Russia has been going backwards. They have failed to take Kiev. Failed to topple Zelensky #epicfail .
The Russians have also failed to rearrange the planets and stop the sea being salty, bunch of losers eh!

BTW, where is your favourite greasy little gnome? Word on the street is that he hasn't been seen round Kiev for the last couple of weeks.

Looking up the gun death figures in the US for another thread it occurred to me that the rather blasé attitude of the neocons towards the huge number of casualties is a little more understandable when 48,000 of their countrymen were killed by guns in 2021.

I've no doubt this will be on the shortlist for Post of the Year 2023 come December.

All the F16 fanboys should have a read.
This is from a very well trained flight technician with experience on such systems.

no mention of the need for mid flight refuels considering the distance to the battlefields to their bases in Poland or Western Ukraine. 500 mile range? How are they getting home?

NATO: We will send F-16's to Ukraine!
Russia: Hold my beer
> In late October a Ukrainian Sukhoi-27 Flanker, Soviet-era fighter, was shot down by a long-range air-to-air missile (LRAAM) – the R-37M. This is not the first Ukrainian aircraft to be shot down since Russia’s invasion commenced in February, but it is nevertheless a significant feat for the Russian Air Force because the R-37M took down the Ukrainian Sukhoi-27 from a range of 217km (about 140 miles). This would make the kill the longest on record. The R-37M is a hypersonic long-range air-to-air missile (LRAAM) reportedly capable of reaching Mach 6 and striking targets up to 400km (250 miles) away.
The R-37M has become virtually unmatched, with few potential rivals.Furthermore, it is reported that the R-37M was fired from Russia’s fifth-generation fighter the Sukhoi-57 Felon rather than the Mikoyan MiG-31 Foxhound, Russia’s primary interceptor. The possibility of a fifth-generation Felon executing a target from such a long range is not at all impossible; the Sukhoi-57 has a sophisticated actively electronic scanned arrays (AESA) radar system comprising of the solid state AN/APG-77 – with a range of at least 200km (125 miles); and the N036 Byelka radar which boasts a maximum range just under 400km (250 miles). <

The working premises are the operations happening from the Ukraine.
And the requirements for the jet's to work with that reality.

Correction, their bodies are still in Russia. Medvedev has also stated that no prisoners will be taken. There are four in captivity, so it remains to be seen what happens to them.
It is intriguing. Who these sacrificial lambs were??????
Maybe those irish lads were among those sent.

I can not see why the captured would be killed. Unless it is the million to one chance they actually are deluded russians.

They are supposedly a group of breakaway Russian soldiers sympathetic to Ukraine. But they've been astroturfed too quickly to be organic. Likely mercenaries. So yes, the Geneva convention doesn't cover them.

Some of their pictures are already out there. Russia's not going to give this much air time. They know it's just a distraction from Ukraine's loss of Bachmut.
