I fail to see how declaring payments to his solicitor is a fraud, it's the legal way to do things, If he was paying her off, and I believe he was, it would be done through a solicitor.

The slapper signed an agreement that she wouldn't go public if she got the $130,000 or whatever it was.
She went public and IIRC, SHE now owes Trump just under $700,000 including interest.
