Donald Trump.

So Joe's nurses couldn't authorise the release of the files with the Auto-pen but Trump could anytime since he took office?
Once Trump decided to close the investigation, he could have then released the files. After all, Bondi said an “a systemic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list’”.

So, to be clear now, The Biden administration didn't release the Epstein files because 'Trump's name is all over the files!!!

That's the Degenerate's latest position.

😂😂😂😂😂
Can you stop spamming?

You've made your point now how many millions of times. So has the other spammer, Haven

But spamming is not a bannable offence. Repeatedly slandering another poster is, or should be

So why didn't Joe's nurses release them?

In short:
  1. Improper Influence: It is considered improper for a President to instruct the DOJ to release files if it benefits them personally or targets political rivals.
  2. Obstruction of Justice: If a President's actions are seen as attempts to obstruct justice, they could face legal consequences. However, current DOJ guidelines suggest that a sitting President cannot be indicted for such actions.
  3. Internal Policies: The DOJ has internal policies that govern the release of information, balancing public interest with the need for confidentiality in ongoing investigations.
As Trump is all over the files, it would have benefited Biden to target Trump, who very early on said he would run again. As such, Bidens hands were tied.

"Trump, 79, has claimed that Clinton repeatedly visited Epstein's private island, Little St. James, where the financier's alleged underage sex trafficking was said to have occurred. In Scotland over the summer, the president told reporters, "By the way, I never went to the island, and Bill Clinton went there, supposedly, 28 times."

Trump has not offered evidence to support that claim, which Wiles acknowledged to Vanity Fair.

"There is no evidence” that those visits happened, Wiles, 68, told the magazine. She also refuted that there was anything incriminating about Clinton in the documents, as Trump has suggested, saying, "The president was wrong about that."
