Surely the Cabinet could be persuaded?

He should pull the troops back from Iran and invade Ireland on the way home. He could deport a million surplus foreigners, and get the US Navy to keep EU fishermen out of our waters. It will be beautiful. And when the Democrats take power and want to hang him, he can claim refugee status here and live in Doonbeg.
