There is lots of good writing on Substack now. But very often they are for subscribers only. I understand that writers need to make a living but paying up to 50 euros a year to each of them is too much for me.

Using different devices over wi-fi and mobile data will also give different IP addresses.
There's also free WiFi in coffee shops/shopping centres/dole offices etc that will have different IP addresses.
