Yep, I drove through France last year, it was staying up into the 40C's through July & August, pure drought, crops decimated throughout the country but this year France is as usual 28-32C and no panic.
Same with Spain which had an awful drought earlier but got some rain and stabilised temps, no panic.
Surely those two countries would now be getting baked like last year same as Italy, Greece today if it was a Global Warming event??
Wait and see that Italy Greece will soon cool down as usual and we can ask, where is the excess warming now?
