The Climate Change scam

I'm pointing out how over the years it's nothing but an establishment shill.
What the fuck is the problem with that?

He mindlessly follows the establishment- to a degree I would see as criminally stupid. However there is a difference between stating state and just throwing abuse and abuse that makes out he is some sort of sex beast.

Although there is no direct proof that he is paid by certain interests to witlessly parrot the establishment propaganda it is not too hard to figure that his desire to do so is based on more than a voluntary following of it.

I must confess that, like Wolf, I find his presence here obnoxious, not because of his sexual proclivities but because he has no desire to engage in a manner that suggests that he has mind of his own that is capable of critical thinking. He is just a white noise, sent along to drown out any dissent or debate surrounding issues which the establishment do not want questioned. A simple troll in other words.

Hardly a beast...more of a perv..😂

There's no doubt about it though, his glee when he thinks his political enemies are engaging in sexual crimes against children does arouse him no end as he ignores the alleged sexual crimes of his allies.

We can certainly all have our opinions. I too think many posters here are "criminally stupid" as you put it. But Wolf's behavior is beyond the pale.

If its going to be tolerated though, fair enough. Just let me know.
My my, sensitive little soul aren't you, despite wishing thousands of Russians dead.

Over the last couple of months I've been detecting a bit of a climbdown over electric cars, the response to the car carrier fire was particularly instructive.

Rather than the MSM either keeping it quiet or rushing forward to reassure that all was good about li-ion batteries igniting and burning the hell out of ferries or channel tunnels, there was much tut tutting and joyous blaming of EVs for starting the fire when that is by no means certain what happened.

EVs are complete waste of time, money and resources and are more widely recognised as being totally impractical. Then there is the killer punch as far as governments are concerned, and that is billions will have to be spent on upgrading the infrastructure to cope with the extra demand. What we as drivers actally want doesn't come into it, it is the money that needs to be spent on the grid and extra generation capacity that counts.

I fear though, that it might be a little early to celebrate, for instead of controlling our movements by rationing electricity the plan has switched to simply locking us down anyway in the name of the 'Carbon crisis'.

The government grant for EV's has been cut from 5k to 3k ......in the July figures it was reported that EV's were 17% of new car registration and the average price paid for a new EV was 40k

Yes agreed, but that is in the way EV's are proposed. In fact EV's are a wonderful vehicle to have available, depending on circumstances. Remember the ole milk deliveries by Float? And they could carry the weight too, waaayyyyy back then🤓
So we know that EV's are good for some purposes in some locations, now it's only a matter of making them practical, cheap and easy to operate😅.
It takes a broadminded approach to visualise the possibilities, some roads need refitting Etc, Etc & Etc.

These are another option which sell for €3000 in China . . .

So perhaps it's a matter of redesignating the EV altogether and taking it down from its luxury item pedestal and making it a commonly available choice to ordinary folk and businesses in the city and quiet country towns would have them too no doubt🥳

The vast number of battery fires seen on social media are in China, the reason being cheap batteries and corners cut in production.

With regards to the cost of EVs its worth noting that Ford loses $66,000 per EV sold. The excuse is that it's early days and they are writing down their investment in EV production and soon they will be profitable etc etc. This profitability will no doubt be helped by a $9.2bn bung by Biden, ie, taxpayers money to be paid out in his great $400bn drive to greenness.

Tesla receives $51,000 for each car it delivers, so Ford is losing $15,000 more on each car than Tesla actually makes.

The CEO of Ford is also on record as saying that car manufacturers, other than Tesla, have huge software problems because they are buying bits of programmes here and there and trying to get it to all work together, whereas all of Tesla's software is in house.

EVs are never going to be cheap.

Maybe yeah but not the vehicles I showed you, they are built to run on safe maintenance free batteries or the lithium ion and those are much less than the Tesla etc, L👀K Here then L👁️👁️K Here and see the difference? 😎

The other great plan was that EVs are built in obsolescence on stilts. When the battery is buggered it won't be worth replacing so cars will have a shorter life and so more will be sold leased, as they will be far too expensive to buy outright, we are seeing enough of that now with PCPs being flogged by every dealer. Quite how that fits in with the latest 15 minute city wheeze is unclear, but the car manufacturers will, I feel, be a bit peeved by the idea.

Lead acid are far safer, but havn't the energy density. LI-ion batteries are Li-ion batteries, no matter what the make of car.

Which translates to 'Rotten luck having to recall hundreds of thousands if not millions of cars around the world' due to their fires and fire safety concerns.

They are but they should not be seen as or enforced as a replacement for ICE vehicles, just a convenient option to choose from.
All depends on the application.
Seems to me that in Ireland the EV enthusiast views the subject similar to how Apple-fanboi's choose a phone/computer, they'll seek out cutting edge spec. of an amazing superior brand and nothing else exists for them.
For the rest of the world any old thing is still producing fantastic results🤩

Dubai Makes Artificial Rain With Drones That Shock Clouds

July 23, 2021 | By Tyler Durden | ZeroHedge | Photo Image: Source
“The United Arab Emirates (UAE) uses drones that fly into clouds and deliver an electric shock to “cajole them” into producing precipitation amid dangerous heat waves regularly surpassing triple digits.
According to Daily Mail, UAE’s National Center of Meteorology (NCM) is flying drones equipped with electric-charge emission instruments that deliver an electric charge to air molecules, which generally encourage precipitation.

NCM has produced “monsoon-like downpours across the country” with drones to deter sweltering 122F heat. Footage shows Dubai battered with torrential rain produced by cloud seeding technology.
. . . .The downside to artificial rain in arid climates is that these areas aren’t well-positioned to handle downpours and may result in flash floods. There’s always a caveat when playing with Mother Nature.”

A pity @valamhic is'nt around to give us his valuable insight into what's going on here.
It seems that our Irish Gombeen Government loves gifting Ireland's resources to their foreign profiteer cronies.
Oil, Forestry and now our air space, the Wind (and ground beneath it?)😖

Norwegian energy group Statkraft has acquired a portfolio of wind farms in Ireland from London-listed investment firm TRIG (The Renewables Infrastructure Group) for an undisclosed sum.

The farms, with a total capacity of 35 megawatts (MW), are located in various sites in the Republic.

“It is anticipated that the assets, some of which began operating in 2000, could provide repowering opportunities in the future,” the company said, making Statkraft one of the first renewable energy companies in Ireland to begin repowering (replacing the older turbines) older wind farms.

“We see that onshore wind farms are already making a significant reduction to the cost of the current high electricity prices and reducing Ireland’s greenhouse gas emissions. Expanding our portfolio in Ireland is a key part of our strategy to develop, own and operate renewable energy projects, so we look forward to operating these assets in the future.”

Am now wondering about Irish tax payers who fund monstrous national green energy projects through state subsidies, grants, price gouging and carbon taxes, is it those efforts which make it possible for private entities to profit from selling our assets abroad.
Is that what goes on?

Val despises the establishment and it's lackeys.
Fair play to him for that.
Climate is the new ConVid.
These Cultists all push the same type of dogma.
Project Veritas had a great undercover video of one of the CNN gimps being caught stating that as soon as ConVid was done the next big dose of fear porn would be the climate, and so it passed....

"A climate change industry set up to promote alarmism"

Exactly so. There is huge money behind climate change, companies want carbon credits to be the new currency, it's a complete and utter fraud being played out in the west.
It used to be called 'global warming' until the science proved the globe was actually cooling.
New buzz words were required.
The gimps pushing this 'climate change' shite are total psychopaths.
As usual, follow the money.
