And the fact that they are massive is telling in itself. The Dems can dismiss strong republican support in the sticks as just being red necks dragging their knuckles round the swamps, not so in New York.

Given the DA involved has totally ignored most crimes coming his way. Downgrades them to misdemeanours at every opportunity.

No real crime.
Just a corrupt DA, a corrupt judge and several lying witnesses one of whom has already served time in prison for perjury.
It'll be laughed out of a real court on appeal but it let's the perverts in the 'democratic' party call Trump a 'convicted criminal' until then.

He declared $130,000 as a business expense when it went to pay a private expense. The result was the tax man was short change by the tax due. Probably about $25,000. He only did it once but it was replicated in more transactions after words. Like if I had a fake driving licence it would be an offence but I would have no insurance NCT test would be fake, etc.
