One of the ventures I always loved was going to the American west's Native reservations. It included watching them dress up in their regalia of traditional ceremonial dress and dance in their Powwows. Being Irish I had a lot of sympathy with their treatment in the forging of the USA.

I suspect the empathy seen in Ireland has similar undertones. All this is lovely provided it is in their own country. Not in mine.
