That is an interesting read and it is very likely that 20000 mercs were there last year, most for money but an unusually high number of idealists/fools as well.

But the money guys want to survive, and plunder, and now the odds are not in their favor.

I wonder what happened to the handful of Irish that went??????

Certainly this is a potential scenario and one that should be highlighted, but it does require the dollar to remain mighty enough to support it, and we are constantly reminded of the huge question mark over that outcome.

There is no other plan however, for the Dollar purveyors. They can only imagine victory, because to lose means the party is over. They will fight to the bitter end, even if it means self destruction and living in total delusion
