The Houston police and fire department were called to the home of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Tuesday night for reasons not yet fully explained.

It looks like the Dems will take the house and McCarthy take the speakers hammer.

It looks like the Senate will be a tie giving Harris the casting vote. However I think, the Repubicand may take the Senate by 51 to 49 having checked the count so far. Fingers crossed.
